This golden opportunity is available for those who wish to cut themselves off without any verbal communication. This can be done for hours or days depending on our guests’ individual needs. Our guests can disconnect from cell phone and social media and all communications. All standard retreat treatments and your needs will be taken care of by our staff with limited to no communication.
This is a unique experience allowing our guests to disconnect, recognize, relive or recover from negative effects or simply just to let go and relax. This experience can be organized via a virtual consultation before arrival.

Stress counselling is facilitated either online or in person depending on the guests’ needs and budget. Elmarie Ungerer is one of the Lowveld much loved and respected Psychologists. Elmarie works with teenagers and adults in the focusing the following areas Anxiety, depression, stress, trauma.
An initial online consolation is done with Elmarie and our guests before arrival to establish the guests needs. Elamrie then gives the guest some exercises to do on their retreat and after the retreat a consolidation online consultation is done to conclude the exercise.
These consultations are done online or at an additional rate for in person consultations including travelling and travel time.
